  • Open the car you like, choose your dates and press “Book on WhatsApp”. Your request opens in WhatsApp, ready to send, and we confirm availability and the total price personally. Your booking is confirmed once we reply.

  • Basic insurance is included in the daily price unless stated otherwise. We confirm the total price for your dates when we reply to your request.

  • Yes, basic insurance is included unless stated otherwise. An excess (deductible) may apply in case of damage or an accident, and additional cover may be offered to reduce it.

  • A security deposit may be required before pick-up. The amount depends on the car category, and it is refunded after the vehicle inspection if there is no damage, fines or extra charges.

  • A driving licence held for at least 1 year, a valid ID card or passport, and a valid payment method.

  • Message us on WhatsApp with your name, car and the change you need, and we will check what is possible for your new dates.

  • You can collect your car in Ciudad Quesada, or ask for the airport transfer. Choose it in your request and we agree the exact time with you.

  • Return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up, unless agreed otherwise. If not, refuelling charges may apply.
